DEADLINES
Print ready artwork is due by 5 p.m. on the deadline dates listed. Please note that this is 10 days prior to our release date. Artwork/info for any ads to be produced by us (in-house) will be needed by 5 p.m. 14 days prior to deadlines so that we can do a quality design job, submit proof to you for final checking and make our deadlines. A rush fee of 15% will be added to any in-house design orders not received by the deadline posted.
 
Delivery of finished artwork or files to be used in designs up to 25 MB in size can be e-mailed to us at ted@upportland.com Please ask us to confirm receipt of your files to be 100% certain that we have them on schedule and that they will work and are formatted correctly. We accept no responsibility for files incorrectly formatted or delayed!
 
Payment: Please note that payment for all ads is due upon publication unless credit or terms have been established. In that case, invoices will be net 30 or as agreed. A late fee of $25 per month will be added to any account which has a balance, but has had no payment made for 30 consecutive days. Accounts over 60 days in arrears will be suspended and may be subject to a 35% collection fee plus any legal/court costs. Payment is happily accepted by cash, cheque, money order or any major credit card. Invoices should be checked upon receipt and any discrepancies noted within 10 days or they will be assumed correct. Note that we reserve the right to decline any ad for any reason allowed by law.
